Mission of the organization We’re empowering and connecting young Nigerians to become transformational leaders. Through our flagship programs GLP fellowship and Transformational Leaders Connect (TLC), we are bringing the next generation of Nigerian leaders together to create a lasting change. And our ultimate goal is to mentor 1000 young Nigerians into transformational government, business, civic and corporate leaders who would challenge the status quo and have a positive impact on at least 100 million people over the next 10 years. We are focused on promoting the sustainable development goals with a keen interest in SDGs 1-7, 11 and 13 through our community projects/campaigns. |

Social impact Statement From 5 Fellows in 2017 who came from 3 Nigerian states, we now have 73 Fellows from 21 states across the country and they are making a big difference in their communities with over 100,000 people (mostly young people and girls) impacted so far —from fighting crime and drug abuse through innovations, reducing infant and maternal mortality, to educating indigent kids and teaching them how to code, promoting sustainable environment, supporting extremely poor women and girls living in slums, creating jobs and local businesses etc. In the last 2 years, we have successfully recruited 22 volunteer mentors, who are accomplished young people, from 14 countries. |
