Social impact Statement
In 2016, GEP has initiated "GEP Scholarship" program to support the school fees of bright girls and boys whose parents are unable to pay for them in the rural area of the DR Congo. Because of GEP Scholarship, about 100 children, 70% of whom are girls, have been in school in the last 3 years. We have also initiated the "Peace and Development Clubs" to promote the culture of peace and good governance in schools. More than 500 children are sensitized each year. GEP has initiated Ladies Group for Wide Generation, which focuses on promoting women's leadership and women's empowerment projects.
