Botswana Organization for Sisters Empowering Junior Associates abbreviated as BOSEJA , empowers and inspires adolescent girls so that they can make informed decisions beneficial to their future through life skills education, structured mentoring and social enterprise. BOSEJA runs twice weekly as a school club in a local junior secondary school. We conduct tutoring, exam preparation and revisions on Tuesdays and Thursdays for life skills training and in structured mentoring to increase confidence and resilience in teen girls. Our vision is to see every school reached in Botswana, especially rural areas where needs are great. |
