A youth networking organisation committed to the full participation of young people in sustainable development through advocacy and capacity-building of youth and youth organisations in Zimbabwe and Africa as a whole. YETT is recognized as a key player in advocating for a youth friendly conducive environment. YETT led the process of advocating for the National Youth Policy review in 2009 through coordinating and consolidating youth voices at grassroots level by way of provincial consultations in all administrative provinces of Zimbabwe. |

Since 2009, YETT has equipped over 400 young people with leadership skills through its Flagship Programme Leadership Development Course "Winter School". YETT Winter school alumni occupy influential positions in society ranging from civic society organisations, business, government and politics (members of parliament and councillors). More than 300 youth peace ambassadors are working on promoting peace and peaceful resolution on conflicts at community level. Through the Ballot Buddies campaign, YETT contributed significantly to the increase in number of youths who registered and voted in the 2018 elections in Zimbabwe. |
