Social impact Statement Since 2017, we have trained more than 150 youths on personal development and career orientation for community development. We have also created 8 Communities of Practice where youths meet, identify problems, elaborate solutions and implement them in their domain of interest. This has led to employment of 5 staff in the organization and volunteer opportunities for ten others. |
