Social impact Statement
We have partnered with the U.S Consulate General, Nigeria to cultivate a world-class STEM workforce by improving 100 Educators' competence to effectively integrate practical Learning, teach challenging content and provide key resources relevant to the modern teacher in understanding STEM pathways and courses. They served as STEM Ambassadors by training 723 other Educators with exemplary practices, expanded their learning communities for effective knowledge sharing and integrated innovation in Classrooms.

Provided an ecosystem for 32 women Entrepreneurs with key services like the IBM Innovation Center, Infrastructure, Sales Support and access to Technology tools (Cloud, Data Analytics, Cognitive computing, mobile, Security, IBM Watson) to help them incubate, innovate and commercialize ideas in key areas such as healthcare, finance, Technology, and manufacturing. This supported the development of 28 business scale-up strategies and plans through various investments and collaboration with local governments, industry, and Academia.

Developed an e-Learning community for African Educators, Students and Institutions to access online courses, STEM opportunities and Mentorship for girls in order to promote Diversity, an Inclusive Workforce and Gender equality that constitutes to the economic development of Africa. Today, we have over 10,000 users who access online courses, scholarships and STEM opportunities.

Set-up 40 Innovation Clubs in 27 Under-served communities from Ojo, Ifelodun-Ajeromi and Amuwo-Odofin LCDA where over 950 students collaborate, design, and Ideate solutions.

Introduced STEM Education and Reading literacy to 2,805 young students in Gawuna Science and Technology School, Kano State.

Provided business tools and training to 416 youths in Beau, Yaounde, Accra, and Monrovia. It welcomed expanded opportunities for 14 makers and 33 Entrepreneurs to imagine, design, create and shape the future of work across West Africa. Through the program, hardware entrepreneurs with existing prototypes were exposed to world-class training, cutting-edge technology, technical experts, investors and partners to aid them in transforming their wildest ideas into reality.

In a quest to generate a talent base and educate young students who
would play key roles for tomorrow’s innovation, we have a yearly and ongoing partnership with the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) Alumni Association of the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, Nigeria to conduct successful STEM mentorship and practical sessions for Students in public schools of Lagos State.
This program is to transform traditional learning, prioritize the hands-on experience and real-world Applications necessary for developing young student's innovative mind.
