Mission of the organization The Nmensi Integrated Leadership Development Initiative (NILDI) has a simple goal - to Enhance Quality Education and Child Leadership through Active learning by implementing innovative enquiry based educational programs and emotional Intelligence curriculum through mentorship and library support to improve foundational literacies and proficiency in learning outcomes for adolescents from low income and under resourced schools. |

Social impact Statement Since 2017, with the support of our volunteers and partners; NILDI AFRICA has Collaborated with over 50 public primary schools and under resourced private schools to deliver: 1.Vocabulary and math quiz competition for 3 years 2.Reached out to over 2000 adolescents before transition to secondary schools and. 3.Training of 36 from public and private primary schools on 'story telling for impact in classroom' and becoming the 'global teachers for achieving the sustainable development goals'. 4.Mentorship Program in 3 primary schools for 4 years. Collaboration with KIR foundation to host international poetry day for 3 years. 5.Donation of 2000 literature books. 6.Donation of stationery materials to primary school pupils. |
